Have you been wondering how to start your cross countries or how to do wingovers?
Or do you just want to talk through what experienced pilots notice in the air?
With our tandems for pilots you decide what you would like to learn and we will design your tandem flight just for you. Just let us know in the notes of the booking what you would like to concentrate on.
You’ll meet in the Landing Paddock before the drive up the hill with the Bright Flight team and your pilot.
If motion sickness is of concern to you please take preventative steps prior to the flight.

Air Time
Approx 1 hour.
Total Experience Time
Around 2.5 hours, including briefing, travel from the landing zone to launch and set-up.
Choosing dates
You’ll be asked to nominate a date or two on the booking form. Whether you’re in town for a weekend, a week, or you live nearby, we’ll work with you to find the best day and time based on your availbility and the weather. Nothing is set in stone because we’re a little dependent on the weather and we want you to have the best possible experience.
Weather to fly
When we finalise the time with you we’ll discuss weather to make sure you get the most from your flight based on the timing you have available.
We have a flexible weather rebooking policy, we’d rather you have a great experience with our team, than flying in air that doesn’t give you a fantastic experience. We understand that what makes for a smooth flight will vary from passenger to passenger, so we’ll discuss what you’re after when we book in.
Passenger Requirements
Be a SAFA licence pilot, eager to learn more about the sport.
What to wear and bring
Whatever you usually wear for a big day out in the sky!
Transport
We meet and finish at the Landing Zone on Wandiligong road. So all you need to do is get to us, and we’ll take it from there.
Cancellations
To cancel your flight for a refund we need to be notified at least 24 hours before your flight.
